Craig Pillow
Physical Therapist

"My name is Craig Pillow. I graduated from Creighton University in 2019 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I have since been practicing here in the Coachella Valley in an outpatient orthopedic setting. I strive to develop personal connections with each of my clients. My goal is to treat the person as an individual and not just an injury. I take pride in providing a PT experience that is unique and not cookie cutter. When I am not working I enjoy playing golf, lifting weights, BBQ/Smoking meat, and playing with my two kids. Fun fact: I was born/raised in the Coachella Valley."

Patrick Lewis
Physical Therapist

"Hello, my name is Patrick Lewis and I am a physical therapist who graduated from the University of Iowa's DPT program. My desire to become a physical therapist stems from a previous ACL injury I suffered back in 2010. As a collegiate track athlete, I had the opportunity to work with both physical therapists and athletic trainers on my recovery back to form. It was during this time, I realized that I wanted to work with individuals on a more intimate level to help them reach their physical goals.

When it comes to my philosophy with patients, my motto is "you can't go wrong getting strong." I like to blend rehab and strength training principles to help patients break their current functional limitations. It is my belief that improvements in function are great drivers for improvements with pain and quality of life.

As for my personal life, my wife and I had our first child in 2022. A lot of our free time goes to spending time with him and watching him grow. We enjoy taking trips to the beach, dabbling in photography, visiting museums, and cooking."

Adrian Miranda
Physical Therapy Assistant

"Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, I have always been passionate about staying active and giving back to my community. After graduating from UC Irvine with my undergraduate degree, I worked as an educator teaching high school. I then decided to transition into the healthcare field which was more aligned with my lifestyle. I was proud to be part of the inaugural cohort of the College of the Desert's PTA program. My approach to physical therapy is guided by the belief that, "it doesn't matter how much you know, until the person knows how much you care." I strive to provide personalized, evidence-based, care that focuses on what works best for each individual; ensuring you feel supported every step of the way on your rehab journey. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!"

Outside of the clinic, I love staying active through basketball, pickleball, or any sport that gets me moving. I love watching basketball, and my favorite team is the Lakers. I also enjoy going on trips with my fiancée, trying new food spots with her, and spending time with friends and family any opportunity I can.

Paul Guglielmini
Physical Therapy Assistant

"With over two decades of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist and now a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant in Palm Desert, California, I bring a unique and integrative approach to patient care. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, I’ve spent 24 years honing my hands-on skills and deepening my knowledge of the human body through certifications in Graston Technique, Thai Massage, and a wide range of therapeutic modalities.

My journey into Physical Therapy was a natural evolution of my lifelong passion for healing and movement. I earned my PTA degree from College of the Desert, where I was honored to be nominated by my peers as class president and recognized by faculty as Student of the Year — acknowledgments that reflect my commitment to leadership, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Whether I’m helping someone recover from injury or guiding them toward improved mobility and strength, I see every session as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. For me, this is more than a career — it’s a calling.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active, playing bass, and spending quality time with my family. I feel privileged to serve the community and am always eager to learn new techniques that enhance outcomes and empower the people I work with."

Sabrina Giron
Speech-Language Pathologist

"My name is Sabrina Giron. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at San Diego State University in 2022. I then went on to earn my Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of St. Augustine in 2025. I worked for 2 years in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), through which I realized my love for working with children. My personal experience as a caretaker for an individual with a brain injury has been a driving force in my development as a therapist as well. I think that one of the greatest gifts you can give someone is the power to express themselves.

My hobbies include watching movies, making art, and performing in theatrical productions. Musicals are my absolute favorite. More recently, I enjoy board games and teaching myself new line-dances."
